1. Scope and current website use
CSG is a business-to-consumer merchant offering information about automotive vehicle-protection products, connected data subscription plans, car-rental booking services and related automotive services. This website is publicly available for customers and business reviewers.
2. Product information and availability
Product descriptions and benefits are provided for general information. Final pricing, product availability, vehicle fit, installation requirements, taxes and shipping options will be presented to the customer before a purchase is completed. CSG may correct or change typographical, descriptive or pricing information before an order is accepted. CSG will ship KeZ devices only to the billing address associated with the credit or debit card presented for the purchase. CSG will not ship KeZ devices to any third party or to any third party’s address.
3. Connected data services
KeZ connected products require an applicable data plan. If a connected data subscription is offered, its provider, price, billing interval, cancellation method and service-specific terms will be disclosed before activation. Any subscription is subject to the final service terms supplied with the transaction.
4. Car-rental services
CSG offers car rentals with independent car rental operators and associated service providers. CSG will provide booking confirmation, payment administration, protection-plan administration and the applicable rental agreement, while vehicle ownership and related operations may involve separate parties, which will be identified in the booking and rental documentation applicable to the car rental reservation.
5. Customer responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information when contacting CSG or engaging in a future transaction; use the website lawfully; and not misuse, interfere with, reverse engineer or attempt unauthorized access to the website or related systems. Product installations and vehicle use must follow applicable instructions, vehicle requirements and law.
6. Intellectual property and third-party resources
CSG’s website design, content, marks and materials are protected by applicable law. Drive KeZ, Drive Connect, manufacturers, independent operators and other providers may own their respective names, products, materials and marks. Links to third-party resources are supplied for convenience and do not transfer ownership or create an endorsement beyond the identified relationship.
7. Disclaimers and limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, website content is provided “as is” and “as available.” CSG does not guarantee uninterrupted access, product availability, vehicle fit, a particular outcome, or that a product or service will prevent theft, loss, damage or any other event. Any manufacturer warranty, protection-plan term, operator rule or transaction-specific agreement governs the applicable product or service.
