Richard N. Bernstein is a businessman and transactional attorney with more than four decades of experience advising companies and organizations at all stages of development. His experience includes corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, strategic and venture financings, distribution and licensing, technology transfer, joint ventures, strategic partnerships and general corporate matters.
In addition to his legal career, Richard has been a businessman with experience in the technology and automotive industries. He has worked with commercial enterprises across software, Internet and telecommunications, pharmaceutical, aviation, defense procurement, homeland security and other sectors.
He brings Commerce Service Group experience in business transactions, strategic relationships and the development of consumer-facing commercial enterprises. His perspective combines sophisticated transactional experience with a practical focus on useful products and services for consumers.
