Last updated: September 21, 2026. This Cancellation Policy describes the intended cancellation framework for Commerce Service Group LLC automotive products, connected data services and rental opportunities.
1. Product orders
Cancellation options will depend on whether an order has been accepted, prepared, paid for, shipped or delivered. The applicable order confirmation will identify any cancellation window, shipping-status process and return procedure. If an order has shipped, the Returns & Refunds Policy and final order terms will apply.
2. Connected data subscriptions
If CSG offers a connected data subscription, the applicable service terms will identify the billing interval, cancellation method and effective cancellation date. Subscriptions may be cancelled and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; the final CSG service disclosure will control the applicable subscription.
3. Car-rental reservations
Rental cancellations will be governed by the cancellation policy displayed at the time of a confirmed booking and may depend on the vehicle operator, rental start time, vehicle class, location and applicable protection selection. Operator cancellation due to exceptional circumstances will be handled under the final booking terms and applicable law.
4. No waiver of rights
This Policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law. Customers should review the final order or booking disclosures before completing a transaction.
