Last updated: September 21, 2026. This Shipping Policy describes the anticipated shipping framework for Commerce Service Group LLC vehicle-protection hardware orders.
1. Order acceptance and shipping disclosure
When ordering is activated, the applicable shipping options, estimated processing time, delivery timing, costs, geographic availability, taxes and carrier details will be shown before an order is placed. An order is not accepted until the applicable transaction process confirms it.
2. Address and delivery information
Customers must provide an accurate, deliverable shipping address. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by product availability, carrier delays, weather, regional restrictions, address issues or circumstances outside CSG’s reasonable control. CSG may require an alternative address or additional verification when necessary to prevent fraud or facilitate delivery. CSG will only ship products to the address associated with the customer’s credit or debit card. CSG will not ship KeZ devices to any third party or third-party address.
3. Risk, inspection and support
Customers should inspect delivered packages promptly and retain the original packaging and proof of delivery. If an order is visibly damaged, incomplete or missing, contact CSG promptly with the order reference and available documentation by writing to info@commerceservicegroup.com. The applicable shipment, manufacturer and carrier procedures will govern the resolution process.
4. Installation and vehicle fit
Shipping a device does not confirm that it is suitable for every vehicle or installation. Vehicle year, make and model, applicable installation requirements and product-specific directions will be collected or disclosed as part of the purchase process. Customers should not alter, open or install a device contrary to its instructions.
